He is trained in Andrology, Sexual Medicine, Uro laparoscopy, and Kidney Transplantation from Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai.

Dr. Col. Nair was trained under Dr. D D Gaur, FRCS, who is the first Uro Andrologist of the country and performed the first Penile Prosthesis Implant operation in India. He also developed the technique of retroperitoneal laparoscopy and developed the Gaur balloon for retroperitoneal space development for laparoscopy.

Dr. Col Nair has 52 years of experience in the medical field out of that 38 years he has been practicing Uro Andrology and Sexual Medicine. He has vast experience in the management of Male Sexual Dysfunctions, Erectile Dysfunctions, Ejaculatory Disorders, Peyronies Diseases, Prostate Diseases, and Male Infertility. He has got vast experience in performing Penile Prosthesis Implant operation for Erectile Dysfunction and has done the maximum number of Penile Implant operation in the state of Kerala for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction. He is highly experienced in the operation of Micro surgery for Varicocele and Vas deference recanalization for the treatment of Male Infertility. His technique of intraplaque injection therapy for the treatment of Peyronies disease is highly successful in selected cases. He undertakes different types of operations for the treatment of Peyronies disease and various types of Penile Deformities.
Dr. Col. K R. Nair served in the Indian Armed Forces Medical Services for 31 years and was in the teaching faculty in AFMC, Pune and Bombay University. He was the senior advisor in Urology and General Surgery in the Armed Forces Medical Services, India. He also served in Lissie Hospital, Ernakulam as the Head of Urology Department and developed the Kidney Transplantation Unit in that Hospital.
He is a Life Member of Urological Society of India (USI), Association of Southern Urologists, Urological Association of Kerala (UAK), Indian Society of Organ Transplantation (ISOT), Council of Sex Education and Parenthood International (India) (CSEPI) (I). International Association of Sexual Medicine Practitioners (Modern Medicine) (IASMP) (MM) and Indian Association of Sexology (IAS). He was the former president of Urological Association of Kerala and Chairman of the Andrological Section of Urological Society of India.

Dr Varghese Wilson after medical graduation from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur, Karnataka, went on to get training in Diagnostic Radiology from JJM Medical College, Davengere, Karnataka and obtained his DMRD. Initially he concentrated in general diagnostic radiology and later took great interest in the field of Uro radiology and radiological evaluation of problems in Andrology and Sexual Medicine. He was initially guided by a renowned uro andrologist and sexual medicine specialist under whom he got experiance in analysing and interpreting various andrologicial procedures such as Penile Colour Doppler Ultrasound after pharmacological erection (PCDU or CDDU) for Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Doppler evaluation of Varicolcele, high resolution ultrasound scan of testicles, Transrectal ultrasound scan of prostate, seminal vesicles and ejaculatory ducts. He has excellent experience in guiding the Uro Andrologist while performing Transrectal Ultrasound guided biopsy of prostate, cystoscopic aspiration of ejaculatory duct cysts, prostatic utricle cysts and transrectal procedures of various cystic lesions of the prostatic urethra. He has great experience in guiding the Uro Andrologist while performing endoscopic cannulation of ejaculatory ducts and contrast imaging of ejaculatory ducts and seminal vesicles. He's an active participant in various Andrological and Sexual Medicine conferences and teaching programs.
